Andrea
Andrea is an ERYT-500hr instructor. She completed her training in Rishikesh, India. Andrea's journey into yoga began over 11 years ago, and she has always envisioned opening her own studio. Throughout her many travels around the world, she has had the privilege of learning from over 15 different Masters. As seen in the pic she stands in front of one of her many spaces she has been invited to teach yearly at The Bodhi Tree in Costa Rica. This diverse experience has equipped her with valuable knowledge on how to cultivate a healthier and more vibrant body along with a peaceful mind. As we continue to grow here at Green House Yoga, we will always remember the humble beginnings from the original Green House.

New Pa"Ce cours de yoga est un vrai cadeau pour le corps et l’esprit. Chaque mouvement guérit, chaque souffle apaise. On en ressort plus léger, plus fort, plus vivant."
Translation: "This yoga class is a true gift for the body and the mind. Each movement heals, each breath soothes. You leave feeling lighter, stronger, more alive."
Ah… Patricia. She is… how do you say…
la lumière. So beautiful, inside and out — not just in form, but in spirit.
When she enters the room, everything softens… everything shifts.
There is peace in her presence, and power in her stillness.
Her flows… mon dieu… they move like poetry.
Strong, fluid, and full of grace.
She doesn’t just guide the body —
She awakens the soul.
There is something sacred in the way she teaches…
Each breath becomes a prayer, each pose, a return home.
You don’t just practice with Patricia —
you feel… you heal… you remember who you are.
She is not just an instructor.
She is a gift.
A guide.
A true spirit of yoga.

Patricia B
RYT- 200HR
Ah, Patricia — she is, as the French would say, la lumière — the light. Coming from Montreal with a background as an Ice Capade holding the cover of the shows, she is made of beauty that radiates not only through form, but through spirit. When she enters the room, the energy shifts. The air softens, hearts open, and an unspoken calm settles in. There is peace in her presence, yet power in her stillness—a quiet strength that draws you inward.
Her flows move like poetry—strong, fluid, and full of grace. Each sequence feels intentional, each transition a whisper of devotion. Patricia doesn’t just guide the body; she awakens the soul. Her classes invite you to listen more deeply, to breathe more fully, and to remember the wisdom already within you.
There is something sacred in the way she teaches—each breath becomes a prayer, each pose a return home. Through her guidance, practice becomes a moving meditation, a dance between surrender and strength.
Patricia is not simply a yoga instructor—she is a gift, a guide, a luminous reminder of what it means to live with presence, compassion, and grace.
