Our Classes

We offer a diverse range of classes to suit every need, including:

  • Vinyasa Flow: Connect your breath with movement in a dynamic practice that will invigorate your body and mind.
  • Hatha Yoga: A gentle introduction to basic yoga postures, perfect for beginners looking to build a solid foundation.
  • Restorative Yoga: Unwind and relax deeply with props and guided relaxation techniques, ideal for stress relief.
  • Yin Yoga: Always by candle light, Explore longer-held poses that target the connective tissues, promoting flexibility and inner calm.
  • Power Yoga: Level 2 classes - A more intense workout that builds strength and stamina while still maintaining mindfulness.
  • VinYin:  a balanced practice that combines the active, flowing movements of Vinyasa with the slow, restorative stretches of Yin for both energy and deep relaxation.
  • Yoga Nidra:Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practice that leads you into a state of deep relaxation and awareness, helping to reduce stress and restore both body and mind.
  • Dance2Fit: a great way to dance off the pounds with a fun, warm and inviting practice.
  • Danny Boy Boxing- A no contact boxing class that focuses on form, footwork, coordination and overall conditioning. Classes begin November 7th Spaces are limited. Sign up today!
